Senior Electrical Engineer up to $190 000 Had overseas exposure?
This job combines three things that make both life and climbing the career ladder interesting and worthwhile:
1. $$$$ international oil and gas project
2. EPCM with global presence
3. Travel!
Spend two years working in Japan to support the detailed design of this new LNG plant in Australia. After that, move back to Australia and work on site in the Northern Territory during the construction and commissioning phase.
Oil and gas is going as strong, if not stronger, than ever and in the industry to be in at the moment. Aside from having a reputation for paying well, there’s none of the uncertainty about oil and gas projects at the moment like there is about mining works.
The company offers a lot by way of benefits to their employees, including optional rostered Fridays off, flexible working hours, discounted insurance, and free cake (seriously).
To be considered for the job, you need a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and 10 years experience in modular design and construction, preferably with LNG experience.
You don’t need me to tell you that jobs in this market are a lot thinner on the ground than they used to be, and they’re filled much quicker. If you are interested in this role, you can’t afford to take your time. Send your CV to Lauren@electricaljobs.com.au, or contact me on (08) 9328 7055.
